At the end of the walk, out of breath, lying on the ground close to a patch of private land entitled ‘No-man’s Land’, he recorded himself reading read Emily Dickinson’s ‘I breathed enough to take the Trick’ and CAConrad’s poem ‘I find some in the moth’s flight’ – poems that had helped guide his walk.
