A three-day residency. The group arrived with experience and notes from preliminary fieldwork (Walking in Air ‘de chez soi’, 16th/19th Sept 2021) and having read Tim Ingold’s article Footprints through the weather-world: walking, breathing, knowing’.

Our goal was to bring our previous walking in air experience into contact with the remarkable collection held at our host institution, the centre de livres d’artiste.

We spent the first day at the centre de livres d’artiste, inspecting highlights of the collection as selected by the centre’s director, Didier Mathieu, devoting particular attention to the Fluxus holdings.

On the second day,  we embarked on a number of walks in the countryside of L’Auvezére near Anlhiac, the abode of our host and participant Leni Dipple. Some of us walking singly and some of us in a group.

We presented work at a public event that evening and met for a concluding collective recollection on the third day.
